Sean had a day off after his 3 week underway and he suggested we go on an outing to the Outer Banks in North Carolina. I was surprised at how close we were to the state line. On the way we stopped at a roadside market for some hot boiled peanuts and we were ready for a Southern summer day. It only took us about an hour and a half to get there. I definitely recommend it to anyone in the area. The water was not too cold and it wasn't too crowded. It was just right. We will definitely be back.

I love summer family trips, although we have not really gone on any this year. I'm a party pooper when I am pregnant. The hat was sooo cute!! Well William is just sooo cute too. Love you guys!
