My Little Baker

I got a cute little star shaped pie mold and I was in the mood to try it out on some peach pie. As soon as I started rolling out the crust, I had a little helper that pulled a chair up to the counter so he could get in the action. So I gave him the leftover dough and showed him how to sprinkle flour and use the rolling pin and such. He was so thrilled to pat the dough and roll it over and over. He kept telling me he was making a pie for me. It was really sweet. Messy, but sweet.

P.S. The pies tasted better than they looked.

Those don't look bad at all! You were making me think they were way worse. i'd totally eat those--but I'd eat peach pie if it looked bad too!
